Emergency Callouts

We offer limited emergency callout hours on Saturdays, prioritising vulnerable customers, including those who are elderly or have disabilities. Please note that tenants managed by letting or property management companies may not be eligible for weekend callouts, as we require prior approval for any repair work — and most offices operate Monday to Friday only.
We do not offer emergency callouts on Sundays, as our ability to carry out repairs depends on supplier opening hours, and most emergencies require replacement parts that can’t be sourced that day.
However, you can reach us on WhatsApp at any time — if you message us over the weekend, we’ll respond promptly and book you into our earliest available slot for the coming week.
