The Challenge
The house’s old boiler struggled with pressure and demand, especially with the addition of a new bathroom. On top of this, many older homes—including this one—still run on 10mm pipework, which restricts water flow. To handle the increased demand and future expansion, the pipework would need upgrading to 15mm.
